Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Fe2, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Fe2. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

Fe2 is a fitness and nutrition tracking tool, not a medical device or a source of medical advice. Content in the app, including workout suggestions, nutrition targets, and information shared by other users, is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Talk to your doctor before starting any new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a pre-existing condition. You use Fe2, and act on any information in it, at your own risk.

Fe2’s calorie, macronutrient, and calories-burned estimates are produced by published population-level formulas. The formulas used and citations to their sources are listed in the app under Profile › Settings › How Targets Are Calculated, and are linked from the nutrition targets screen and the AI Coach program.

You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

You own the content you post (workouts, photos, comments, messages, etc.), and you grant Fe2 a license to host and display it as part of operating the app’s social features. You’re responsible for what you post: don’t post anything illegal, harassing, hateful, impersonating someone else, or infringing someone else’s rights.

You can block or report other users and report individual comments directly in the app if you encounter abusive behavior or content; we review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

If you believe content posted on Fe2 infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated copyright agent at support@fe2.nivis.ca with the subject line "DMCA Notice" and include: (1) a description of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed; (2) the specific content on Fe2 you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it; (3) your contact information (name, address, phone, email); (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf; and (6) your physical or electronic signature.

We will remove or disable access to content that we determine, in our reasonable judgment, infringes a third party's copyright, and may terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

Fe2 offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions ("AI Coach" and "AI Coach Pro"), each available as a monthly or annual plan. Current pricing is shown in the app before purchase and on the App Store product page.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews for the same price and duration unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your device’s Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period, and access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable. Refunds for purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s own policies, not by Fe2 directly.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

Fe2 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Fe2 after an update means you accept the revised terms.
