Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Forge, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Forge. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Health & Fitness Disclaimer

Forge is a fitness and nutrition tracking tool, not a medical device or a source of medical advice. Content in the app, including workout suggestions, nutrition targets, and information shared by other users, is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Talk to your doctor before starting any new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a pre-existing condition. You use Forge, and act on any information in it, at your own risk.

4. Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. User Content & Conduct

You own the content you post (workouts, photos, comments, messages, etc.), and you grant Forge a license to host and display it as part of operating the app's social features. You're responsible for what you post: don't post anything illegal, harassing, hateful, impersonating someone else, or infringing someone else's rights. You can block or report other users and report individual comments directly in the app if you encounter abusive behavior or content; we review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Subscriptions

Forge offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions ("AI Coach" and "AI Coach Pro"), each available as a monthly or annual plan. Current pricing is shown in the app before purchase and on the App Store product page. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews for the same price and duration unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your device's Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period, and access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable. Refunds for purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's own policies, not by Forge directly.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Forge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Forge after an update means you accept the revised terms.
